XXV FIGO World Congress of Gynecology and Obstetrics

The XXV FIGO World Congress of Gynecology and Obstetrics, organized by the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO), is scheduled for October 5 to 9, 2025, at the Cape Town International Convention Centre in South Africa. The congress is hosted under the leadership of FIGO President, Professor Kihara Anne-Beatrice, who is also a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the University of Nairobi. The event aims to advance women’s health through a comprehensive scientific program, featuring sessions on maternal-fetal medicine, clinical obstetrics, sexual and reproductive health rights, reproductive medicine, benign surgery, urogynaecology, non-surgical gynaecology, and women’s cancer.
